Was absolutely thrilled. The nice man had time for me, even though I arrived without an appointment. There were customers at the door who had appointments, and he treated me exceptionally well. You don't find that very often anymore, unfortunately. So absolutely recommendable, even though I had thought to myself beforehand, am I doing the right thing? It was really very good 👍 And our next trip to Crete is already a little easier.

We spontaneously dropped in, without an appointment, with several kilos of old silver cutlery from the 60s. The shop was busy, but we only had to wait a short while. The appraisal actually took longer than expected – the cutlery was still in old boxes and had to be unpacked and sorted first. The lady who looked after us remained friendly throughout and took her time with everything – we never felt rushed. If we find any more family treasures, we'll gladly come back. Next time, however, we'll announce ourselves beforehand so that things can be planned better – even though our spontaneous visit has already shown how customer-oriented the work here is.
