There are many gold buyers. No doubt you'll be familiar with the well-known yellow and black adverts in the weekend newspaper, promising top prices for gold and silver. We've been doing things differently for many years.

Family business
Our history goes back a long way and is a family affair. As six siblings, and now also two brothers-in-law, we are a true family business with extensive experience in the precious metals and gemstone industry. Some of us have shops in other German cities, some are involved in wholesale, and one of our sisters runs a Local gold buying in The Hague in the Netherlands.

Hometown Linden
After many years as a wholesaler in Linden (Gießen district), we have now decided to offer our services to end customers like yourselves in our home town. That's why we have now opened a shop in the centre of Linden, Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 18. There we offer you the opportunity to have your valuables appraised in a discreet and cosy atmosphere, free of charge and without obligation. Whether it's gold teeth or silver coins, we can always offer you a good price. If you are satisfied with our offer, you can leave your items behind immediately and take the offered amount home with you in cash.

Was we buy
Everyone knows that gold and silver jewellery is highly valuable. However, there are so many other things which are very valuable, often without people realising it. All types of gold are of high value, regardless of how they look. For instance, we have surprised many customers with high amounts for their old dental gold. High prices are also paid these days for amber jewellery, which is often considered old-fashioned. Even items made of pewter, which may have been sitting in a cupboard for decades, can fetch surprisingly high amounts.
At Brennstein, we have a broad and global network of clients, which enables us to resell purchased goods for good prices. Whether it's amber jewellery in China or diamonds in Belgium, we always find the right buyer who can offer us the most. For this reason, we can offer our clients, you, high and attractive prices.

We have named our company „Brennstein“. Brennstein is the old Middle German word for amber, a special product of nature, whose beauty and uniqueness we have grown fond of over the past years. No stone is the same, every necklace is different, a diversity that reflects life. We have this passion not only for amber, but also for precious stones such as diamonds and precious metals. We love our profession and have a burning enthusiasm for our products, but above all for our customers, you. Therefore: Brennstein GbR.

Professionalism
As well as our enthusiasm for our profession, we have many years of experience in our field. Many kilogrammes of gold, numerous precious stones and thousands of amber necklaces have passed through our hands. This allows us to determine the maximum value quickly and expertly. And here too, family ties help: each of us has specialised particularly in certain areas. This allows us to ask a family member for advice.
